Registration for the 2008 Power of Nursing Leadership Event is now open. Registration will close on October 12, 2008.

Please click TABLE ORDER to purchase a table at the event.

Please click INDIVIDUAL ORDER to purchase a single ticket for the event.

Please submit registration information online, regardless of payment method. An email confirmation will be issued, indicating balance due as applicable. Payment may be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover) or check (payable to the Univeristy of Illinois). Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Individual Registration — Per Person $150
Student (current student ID required at check-in)$75
Table Purchase, Group Registration — Per Table (maximum of 10 registrants)$1,500

Register and pay online through a secure site.
Check Payments
Submit completed registration form online, selecting option to pay by check. Print a copy of email confirmation, enclose with check (payable to the University of Illinois), and return by mail.
