Cancellations, Refunds, Substitutions No refunds will be issued for table registrations. For individual registrations, cancellation requests must be confirmed and submitted in writing. Email, fax, and mailed requests are accepted. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for requests received on or before October 10, 2008. No refunds will be issued for requests received after that date, or for non-attendance. To change a registrant associated with an order, please contact pnle@uic.edu or the substitute registrant may present a copy of the original confirmation at the event.
